HIGHLIGHTS:
In the upcoming month of October
we will be looking forward to our monthly country breakfast,
and of course Halloween and all the fun that goes with
it!

SEPTEMBER
2008 HIGHLIGHTS:
I am excited to say that many
of our residents took home the GOLD
at our first Summer Olympics!,
and the ladies of the scrap booking club are looking forward
to creating some beautiful pages of the days events. In the upcoming
Month as we see the arrival of fall, many will be kicking
up their heels at the Country Dance.
We have said goodbye to the
delights of our Dietary Department's BBQ talents and look
forward to the culinary delights that await at us at one
of everyone’s favorite events the Country Breakfast.
If your in the neighborhood sneak on in during fabulous facials
and we will give you one on the house ::wink:: Thanks
for stopping by and checking out our activity event section.
SEPTEMBER
2008 FUND RAISING EVENTS:
- September 9, 2008
In honor of the birthday of the hotdog, we will be opening the
soda fountain to sell a hotdog special lunch with soda and chips.
Proceeds to benefit the resident council fund.

SEPTEMBER
2008 MONTHLY CALENDERS:

AUGUST 2008
HIGHLIGHTS:
In the upcoming month of August,
we are excited to kick off our first Summer Olympics,
and look forward to seeing our residents take home the GOLD
:) The Ladies of the Gourmet club will be blending
exotic frozen drinks and as always drawing a crowd
of want to be taste testers. Lastly we are excited
to start a favorite past time of many by starting a
scrap booking group.
AUGUST 2008
FUND RAISING EVENTS:
- August 9, 2008
From 8:00 am to 2:00 pm we will be having a garage sale complete
with Hotdogs, Cotton Candy and face painting for the kids! All
proceeds to benefit the Resident Council Fund.

AUGUST
2008 MONTHLY CALENDERS:

JULY 2008
HIGHLIGHTS:
In the upcoming month of July,
the fourth of July celebration will begin July third
with a cook out, followed by the popular Bingo! We
are also planning a Summer Carnival on July 25th, that
should promise to be lots of fun! Lastly, we are kicking out
Chef’s Club, where the ladies of the Garden Club
hope to stir up some delicious summer snacks.
JULY 2008
FUND RAISING EVENTS:
- Lunch box (serves cold deli
sandwiches) every Monday 11:30 to 1:00 at the soda fountain.
- Hot Dog Sale 11:00 to 1:00 July
15th.
- Car Wash July 19th 9:00 to 2:00
Weather permitting.

JULY
2008 MONTHLY CALENDERS:

JUNE 2008
HIGHLIGHTS:
- In the upcoming month of June
we will be kicking off the summer with a Luau Party, and
Biweekly Cookouts. The ladies of the Garden Club
have already begun tending the garden and are looking forward
to a colorful summer! For our sports minded folks, we will be
hosting Weekly WII Sporting Events such as Tennis, Bowling
and Baseball. Lastly, we hope to have a big turn out at our
Father's Day Brunch on the 15th and look forward to celebrating
this very special day.
JUNE 2008
SPECIAL EVENTS:
- We will be hosting a resident
council "CAR WASHING" fund raising event June
21st from 10 am to 2 pm. Stop by for a wash or grab a sponge
and join in the fun!
